Hi, I'm Your Local Lady Instructor – 20 Years Getting London Driving

I'm the founder of Red2Green Driving School, based at 14 Turnpike Lane. For over 20 years I've helped more than 500 learners across North London go from nervous beginners to confident, safe drivers who pass their test.


I started Red2Green because I saw so many learners – especially women and nervous drivers – needed a more patient, supportive approach than the big schools offered. The name says it all: taking you from a Red light to Green light for life.

Are you manual or automatic? +
I teach manual driving lessons. A manual licence lets you drive both manual and automatic cars in the UK – more freedom for the future.
How many lessons will I need? +
DVSA average is 45hrs professional + 22hrs private. With 20 years experience, I assess you on your first lesson and give you an honest estimate. Many learners pass in 30-40hrs with us.
Do you do pickup from home/work/college? +
Yes, all lessons are door-to-door in our coverage area. I can pick you up from home, work, or Turnpike Lane station. Your lesson time is fully yours.
What are your prices and block bookings? +
Call 020 1236 548 for current rates. Yes, we offer discounts for 10-hour block bookings paid in advance. Pay-as-you-go also available. No hidden fees.
I'm a very nervous driver – are you suitable? +
